For this month’s edition of our case study section, we have decided to take a closer look at our Customers who turn their own ideas into fantastic products, right from design stage through to manufacture and sale.
We have a myriad of customers who undertake their own design, test, development, manufacture and finally sale; we are proud to support these customers by providing the highest quality Laser cut components, produced to their very specific requirements to enable them to produce market leading products.
T7 Design has been a Customer with Laser for a number of years, purchasing components from us to be used when manufacturing bespoke HVAC (heating, ventilation and cooling) systems for low volume specialist manufacturers within the automotive and other markets.
Through the use of innovative technologies at development stage, such as metrology grade 3D Laser scanning and 3D Printing, they have established themselves as a market leader in “the design, manufacture and supply of aftermarket automotive heating, ventilation and cooling products” .
We have worked closely with Adam Mudge, Director, to understand exactly what he needs from us. These vary from ensuring the very best material is sourced in order to maintain the very highest standards, right the way down to the minor details such as what type of packaging is best when shipping his components. With a high demand for next day delivery, Adam and his team must be able to keep up with stock rotation and control, and thanks to our understanding of their requirements they can rest assured that when they send us a stock order of parts we will deliver on time, to their specifications and to a high standard.

At Laser industries we have the capacity to produce laser cut components with precision in short timescales. We provide this service regularly to customers within the theatrical and set building industries. It is important for us at Laser Industries to work closely with our customers to ensure that the work is carried out in a time effective manner whilst ensuring the quality is second to none.
We also do business with companies in the marine safety industry. For example we have drawn up from templates, to create samples and final components of quick release mechanisms that you would see on the deck of a boat to ensure straps and lines are safe. Along with this, we have helped to provide the highest specification of marine grade stainless steel to produce safety harness buckles, adjuster buckles, slides and rails.
